Another year at the Clevedon Bed Race for the Fire Prevention Department. That year saw “The Wee Willie Winkie and Co“ team. Left to right: 3 of the 6 man team, Bob Poots, Andy Young, Graham Burchell. By now the beds reached formidable speeds but the brakes were suspect so stopping was sometimes a problem.
