The Pensioners Association has a well established and dedicated team of Volunteers who serve with the Avon Welfare Support Group, regularly visiting colleagues at home or during their time in Hospital.

Tim Bowden passed away on 23rd July. Tim worked at British Aerospace Filton, he was also a Retained Crew Manager at Yate Fire Station and he retired in 2013 after 22 years’ service.
