The Pensioners Association has a well established and dedicated team of Volunteers who serve with the Avon Welfare Support Group, regularly visiting colleagues at home or during their time in Hospital.

Pete McGrath Joined the County of Avon Fire Brigade in the 1970’s and was posted to A2 Southmead serving as a Fireman on Red Watch.
He passed away after a long illness.
