The Pensioners Association has a well established and dedicated team of Volunteers who serve with the Avon Welfare Support Group, regularly visiting colleagues at home or during their time in Hospital.

Michael (Mike) York passed away on 16th July aged 76 years. He served at Weston-Super-Mare and Temple Fire Stations, he was a Leading Fireman at the time of his retirement in January 1994.
Funeral Service 2pm, Thursday 6th July ay St.Marys Church, Yatton. Afterwards at the Masonic Hall High Street Yatton.
