Derek Comerford aged 72 years, sadly passed away on 20th February 2022.
Derek and his wife June were on a cruise when he was taken ill and needed hospitalisation. He was takenm to Bay View Hospital, Barbados where he sadly passed away.
Derek served on Red Watch at Weston-super-Mare fire station from 1979 until his retirement in 2004.
He leave a wife and devoted family.
Funeral will be held on Monday 28th March at 11am at St. Andrew’s Church, Old Church Road, Clevedon, North Somerset, BS21 7UE – everyone is welcome to the Church Service. There will be a Cremation held in Weston, for immediate family members only. Donations to the Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis charity, via L. Bennett & Co. (Funeral Directors, Clevedon).
