Martyn Hill passed away on 7th May 2024 at the Bristol Royal Infirmary.
When Martyn left school he did a City & Guilds Electrical Engineering apprenticeship. Following his qualification he joined the County of Avon Fire Brigade working in Control & Comms working his way up the ladder retiring in 2007/08. Martyn was Fire Control Officer in the Avon Fire & Rescue Fire Control and finally Group Manager (Control).
