The Pensioners Association has a well established and dedicated team of Volunteers who serve with the Avon Welfare Support Group, regularly visiting colleagues at home or during their time in Hospital.

Eileen Sluter passed away on 31st May 2024.
Eileen was a Fire Control Officer serving with Bristol and Avon Fire Brigade’s for 30 years.
Retiring aged 60 around 1994.
Her Funeral was held on Thursday 27th June at 1.15pm Waterside Chapel Westerleigh Crematorium.
