Clive ‘Barry’ Cook – 28.01.2018

Clive ‘Barry’ Cook passed away on Sunday 28th January 2018.

Barry was stationed at A3 Avonmouth for 20 years and retired due to ill health in March 1997. Barry started off his working career as a painter decorator and used those skills all his life particularly in the churches he became involved in. In the churches he used his love and skills in driving and the cooking he used to do for his watch, by running people around in minibuses and providing lunches for vulnerable groups. He also drove Trucks of relief aid to Russia before the current government was in place. In short he had a passion for the Christian Church and helping disadvantaged people.

Funeral Service was held at St. Michael’s Church Winterbourne, on Thursday 15th February at 12.15.
