Barry Ridge passed away in January 2020, aged 78 years
Barry, was born on 2nd July 1941. He joined the Bristol Fire Brigade in the 1960’s and served at Station 3 Avonmouth. He left the Bristol Fire Brigade and started work as a Fireman at Bristol Airport in 1971 where he rose to the rank of Deputy Chief Fire Officer retiring in 1996. Spending his retirement in Weston super Mare.
His funeral will be at Weston crematorium, Ebdon road at 14:30 on 18th February and afterwards at the Nut tree.
