Cliff Eddolls – 20.12.2022

It is with great sadness we share the news of the death of our colleague Cliff Eddolls who sadly passed away in the early hours of Tuesday 20 December.

Cliff has served Avon Fire & Rescue Service and our communities for more than 38 years. He first served as a Wholetime Firefighter at Bedminster Fire Station, starting on the 11 April 1983 with Blue Watch, and retired from operational duties on the 10 April 2013. Cliff went on to join Fleet Services at Nova Way as a Technical Support Assistant from 19 May 2014.

Our thoughts go out to Cliff’s widow Anita, their family, and his colleagues past and present at this difficult time. Cliff will be greatly missed by many.

Funeral will be held on Friday 27th January 2023 at 3.45, Bristol South Crematorium Bridgewater Road, Bristol BS13 7AS. Following which there will be a Celebration of Dad/Cliff’s life at Bishopsworth Royal British Legion Club, Manor Road, Bishopsworth BS13 8EP.
