It is with much sadness we have received notification of the death of AF&RS pensioner Dave Perryman, aged 91, who sadly passed away on Sunday 05 March 2023, after a short time in Swanage hospital. Dave was one of our long-standing members.
Dave originally joined Bath Fire Brigade, served at Brislington on reorganization and subsequently back at Bath, finally retiring in 1983 as Sub Officer.
On retirement, Dave formed a second career at Bath Technical College, retiring whilst in charge of motor vehicle maintenance.
Our thoughts are with his children Graham, Jenny, Chris and Julia, and Dave’s brother Paul (who also worked for the Service as a mechanic) and families at this sad time.
Funeral details Haycombe Cemetery, 209 Whiteway Road, Bath. BA2 2RQ, Lower Chapel, at 1.45pm on Thursday 6th April.
