It is with great sadness that we have received notification of the death of AF&RS pensioner Michael Russell (aged 75 years) (known to most as Jack/Mike), who passed away in the early hours of the 26th July, following a short battle with Neuro Endocrine Carcinoma.
Mike passed surrounded by his wife, Heather, and two children by his side. Mike/Jack served his whole career as a Firefighter at Bath Fire Station between 1974-2005, finishing his career on Green Watch.
Further details of a celebration of his life will follow when available.
